Kevin Mintz, PhD
Kevin Todd Mintz is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Bioethics. He holds his PhD in Political Science from Stanford University. He also holds an AB in Government from Harvard College and an MSc in Political Theory from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Born with cerebral palsy, his diverse research interests are unified by a concern with disability rights, social justice, and health policy. At the NIH, he plans to continue working on various projects in disability ethics as well as exploring the ethics of clinical research with populations that cannot always give informed consent, such as individuals with Alzheimer's Disease.
