Wynter Miller, JD
Wynter Miller is a first-year post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Bioethics. At NIH, Wynter is working on issues at the intersection of law, bioethics, and health policy. Her current projects are focused on ethical issues in reproductive medicine, prenatal genetic testing, and crowdsourcing medical research. Wynter earned her JD from the University of California, Davis, where she focused on health law and disability rights, and worked as an editor for the UC Davis Law Review.
